Unsere kleine, persönlich geführte Pension befindet sich in einem liebevoll erhaltenen Gründerzeithaus im beliebten Bonner Stadtteil Südstadt. Umgeben von prachtvollen Altbauten, charmanten Cafés und vielfältigen Restaurants zählt die Südstadt zu den begehrtesten Wohnlagen Bonns – ruhig, lebendig und zentral zugleich.
Ob Stadtzentrum, Hauptbahnhof, UN-Campus, Museumsmeile, Rheinpromenade oder Theater – viele Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die Haltestellen “Weberstraße” und “Bundesrechnungshof” befinden sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Wir sind kein Hotel und verfügen daher nicht über klassische Hotelstandards wie Rezeption oder Frühstücksbuffet. Auch haben nicht alle Zimmer ein eigenes Bad.
Was wir Ihnen jedoch bieten, ist ein freundlicher Empfang, eine ehrliche Unterkunft und ein guter Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen – fernab von anonymer Hotelroutine.

Zimmervermittlung
Seit 2008 vermitteln wir auch möblierte Zimmer und Apartments in der Nachbarschaft. Diese Wohnungen werden in der Regel monatlich und nur in Ausnahmefällen wöchentlich vermietet! Die Provision wird vom Eigentümer übernommen.

Welcome to Citypension Bonn – temporary accommodation in the heart of the Südstadt district
Our small, personally run guesthouse is located in a lovingly preserved Wilhelminian-style building in the popular Südstadt district of Bonn. Surrounded by magnificent old buildings, charming cafés and a wide variety of restaurants, the Südstadt is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Bonn – quiet, lively and central at the same time.
Whether it’s the city centre, the main railway station, the UN campus, the museum mile, the Rhine promenade or the theatre – many destinations are within easy walking distance or accessible by tram. The ‘Weberstraße’ and ‘Bundesrechnungshof’ stops are just a few steps away.
Our guesthouse offers furnished rooms and apartments, ideal for longer stays, project work, starting your career or a gentle start to a new life in Bonn.

Please note:
We are not a hotel and therefore do not have classic hotel standards such as a reception or breakfast buffet. Not all rooms have their own bathroom.
What we do offer, however, is a friendly welcome, honest accommodation and a good place to arrive and feel at home – far away from the anonymous hotel routine.

Room Rental Service
Since 2008, we have also been renting out furnished rooms and apartments in the neighbourhood. These apartments are usually rented on a monthly basis and only in exceptional cases on a weekly basis! The commission is paid by the owner.
